I am Boris Jovic. Welcome to my virtual home.

I am passionate about marketing and all things digital. I am a doer. I take initiative and see every project to the end. I am adaptable and motivated. I thrive on challenges.

I have worked in Marketing for the past 10 years – I’ve done everything from graphic design, lead nurture, marketing strategy, to programmatic buying. It is because I have done everything that makes me a valuable resource to drive transformation within a marketing organization. I am an operations person – I am obsessed with driving efficiency in order to enable growth, foster accountability, and most importantly, drive customer centricity. As a marketer, if you do not have a deep understanding of your customers, you’re stuck in the past. Big data has allowed us to create a 360-degree view of the customer – I believe in harnessing that insight to enable strategy.

I am most comfortable in a leadership position where I am able to use my skills to work with a team to deliver on our objective. I’ve been fortunate to work for great companies in the past that have added to my skills. My professional passion is working with sales and marketing organizations in an effort to integrate and align processes. I have implemented and deployed CRM technology and marketing automation technology, and my biggest strength is developing processes that enable sales organizations to be effective.

My personal passions include staying active. I play many sports, I hike and enjoy the outdoors. You will likely find me on a basketball court or on a hiking trail as opposed to in front of a television. I read a lot – from magazines, to fiction, to biographies, and newspapers.

I have a passion for design and art, and will visit as many museums as I can while in a new city. I take photographs, amateurishly, but I am constantly improving my skills. I have a passion for life and beauty, and I don’t take myself too seriously…just ask my friends.
